We are a Design-Build firm headquartered in Baltimore County with the majority of our work in the residential market. Whether you want a Master Plan for the entire property, or a small Courtyard Garden, we create a detailed plan specifying all improvements accompanied by a Cost Estimate for the installation. In most cases, the Cost Estimate is broken down into phases that make sense for the property. At this point, you can hire us to complete the installation, or you can hire us to consult with your own contractors to insure the project is installed the way you want.

Ann Betten, the owner and designer works closely with all clients and projects. As a result, we may not handle the volume of the larger companies, but every client knows they will receive personalized attention. The Design is a collaborative process between the designer and the client, and allows for revisions along the way.

We have been in business since 1990, and were organized as a Limited Liability Corporation in 1998.
