FOLIAGE	Medium green leaves. Deciduous.
FLOWER	Showy trumpets in spring. Colors vary. Scarlet, Orange, Pink, Yellow. Attracts hummingbirds and butterflies.
FRUIT	Globular, orange or red berries. Very showy. Attracts birds.
GROWING CONDITIONS	Full Sun. Will tolerate Part Shade, but not as vigorous or showy. Will tolerate clay soil and Black Walnut.
NOTES	Deer resistant. Favorite cultivars: ‘Major Wheeler’ – scarlet / yellow flowers ‘Blanche Sandman’ – deep pink / yellow flowers ‘John Clayton’ – yellow / yellow flowers
